How we work with you

Our commercial model and engagement process

Engagement

You initiate a meeting to discuss your idea, concept, your specific product requirements (if you need NDA’s, Confidentiality Agreements, no problem)

Discussion

We jointly discuss your product needs, give you our views and agree to proceed or not, based on us agreeing it is a viable project.

Preliminary Investigation

Depending on the nature and scope of the sourcing project we often agree to do a high level sourcing investigation for no fee in order to ensure the project is viable and we can deliver on your expectations.

Agreement

If you are happy we enter into a commercial agreement that clearly defines the sourcing project, including quantities, quality, target pricing, etc.

Sourcing

We find suitable suppliers, present quotes, transportation costs, duties and customs fee’s, payment terms, and our commission.

Remuneration

Our remuneration is based on performance as we usually charge a percentage of the purchase value, which is negotiated up front based on the size and complexity of the project. It is only paid once you have accepted an offer from a supplier – so on a “no success, no fee” basis.
