ADAPT Global is a privately owned organisation founded in 2010 with a vision to reshape how technology hardware is used, reused, and recovered. What began as a small team determined to address the growing challenge of electronic waste has evolved into a global sustainability enabler - empowering partners to turn the lifecycle of every device into measurable climate action.

Over more than a decade, we’ve expanded from managing second-life electronics to building advanced software platforms that transform the entire device ecosystem.

Today, our operations span over 13 countries, with strategic hubs located across the United Kingdom, South Africa, Ireland, Slovenia, France and Portugal, serving partners in the retail, telecommunications, insurance, and manufacturing.

Our Story

ADAPT Global was founded on the belief that technology and sustainability should coexist - profitably. In an industry where devices were once seen as disposable, we recognised an opportunity to recover, repurpose, and revalue technology through innovation.

Our early focus was on helping network operators and retailers resell and remarket pre-owned devices. As our expertise grew, so did our ambition. We began developing end-to-end lifecycle platforms that integrate trade-ins, repair management, data security, and carbon offsetting into a seamless ecosystem.
